I had long wanted to make this list of 100 Best personal development blogs.
Not only because I know many blogs of this subject, but because it has helped me to find many more that I will start to follow from now.
According to wikipedia, personal development:
" It includes activities that improve awareness and identity, promote the development of personal skills and potential, contribute to human capital and facilitate employability, improve the quality of life, and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. "
From this definition, I have included blogs that help, give tools, techniques and tips to:
- Improve the wellness Or physical and psychological health.
- Chase happiness .
- Improve professional or personal finance.
The criteria to be in the list are:
- Quality of contents.
- Followers and repercussion of the articles in social networks: if it has repercussion it means that the public values its contents.
- Trajectory of the author: obviously, a person with more experience, experiences and training can contribute more to the reader.
- Have updated at least in the last year.
Finally, do not pay attention to order. They all have very good content And various themes. I advise you to Visit the ones that catch your eye And stay with those who serve you.
